At Kandji, I led design of products that improved core experiences for IT admins, while attracting larger customers

Overview
As a design lead, I worked on several products that helped IT admins manage and customize devices within their fleet. After being promoted to Director, I led the design and research team to execute a new strategy for moving Kandji upmarket — creating an array of products that allowed enterprise orgs to better monitor, secure, and automate configuration of devices at scale. In the process, I also grew the team by 2x in less than a year, and oversaw the planning and implementation of a new design system.

At Shippo, I made it easier for merchants to purchase labels, process shipments, and automate their fulfillment process

Overview
Shippo helps merchants by syncing orders from their online stores and providing tools to easily fulfill and ship them. As a design lead, I worked on multiple features across Shippo's platform, including the primary label checkout experience, a shipment manifest generator, and an automation builder for integrating store data and applying shipment info. As a player-coach, I also led hiring and managed a small team.

At Lyft, I designed new flows for riders and drivers to report accidents, and an internal tool for processing claims

Overview
As a designer on the Safety & Insurance team, I worked on several features aimed at making Lyft safer for riders, drivers, and the public. The main project that I led was a new accident reporting platform that allowed users to get help and submit insurance claims after an accident. This included an internal tool for Lyft's claims specialists to process the reports and provide long-term support.
