Nebula Phase

A dying Sun burns,
on its way out.
Long, long night begins.

The clouds dissipate,
in the vacuum of space.
Horizon on its head.

Eyes can’t adjust,
unable to make sense.
Reflection without light.

A reality erased,
nothing left to see.
Like shadows in a dream.
